SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday PST (excluding federal holidays) will be processed the following business day and, pending credit card verification, will be shipped within three business days. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within three business of the day of processing.

Shipping options:

- Shipping in Greece 5€ fee via Geniki Taxidromiki (Greek Destinations only) with a 1 to 2 day delivery.

- Free Shipping on all orders over 50€
- Worldwide shipping 9€ with Greek Post Office (ELTA) a delivery time of 5 to 7 days depending on location.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over 70€.

Yoli  & minimum is not responsible for duties or tariffs imposed by the destination country customs.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items that have the tags still on within 14 days of postmark for European and international customers. Please be sure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order as garments are very limited and we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange.

Any shipping charges will not be returned. Please note that customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country’s government. To ensure the package reaches us, we recommend using a trackable service.In order to return an item, you must first email us yoliandminimum@gmail.com your order number and we will process. Upon receipt of your return, the garment will be inspected and we will contact you with the outcome of any refunds or exchanges where applicable.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process with your financial institution, so please allow time before contacting us.

Faulty Item

In the event that there is a fault with your swimsuit, we will provide an exchange or refund. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 14 days of delivery if a faulty item was received.

Please send an email to info@dotdotswim.com with a photo of the fault and we will assess and do everything we can to make this an easy process.

HOW DOES THE SIZING BREAK DOWN?

All bodies are unique, but as a general guideline we suggest below:

Size 6-12: 6mo - 12months

Size 1: 12mo - 18months

Size 2: 18mo - 2.5years

Size 4: 2.5years - 4.5years

Size 6: 4.5years - 6.5years

Size 8: 6.5years - 8.5years

Size 10: 8.5years - 10years

We suggest to see the sizing charts listed in images, before order. 

If you can't decid about sizing, we suggest going up a size so the suit can last a little longer.

GARMENT CARE

To ensure your swimsuit remains in its original condition, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Rinse thoroughly in cold water straight after each use

  • Cold hand wash or gentle machine wash with like colours

  • Use mild detergent

  • Never tumble dry

  • Line dry in shade

  • Do not wring, soak or bleach

  • Do not dry clean or iron

  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pilling to swimwear

  • Do not store when wet

  • Avoid excess contact with suntan lotion, oils and pools treated with harsh chemicals
